Founded by husband & wife team, TJ Del Reno, veteran New York City improviser (Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, Reckless Theatre, & The P.I.T.), and Caroline Del Reno, an experienced producer with non-fiction films and series on platforms like Disney+ and Hulu. We produce monthly comedy shows, offer long-form improv workshops, and private improv coaching.

Ever thought about trying improv, but weren’t sure where to start? This is your sign!

Our classes blend the best improv traditions from Reckless Theatre, Upright Citizens Brigade, and The Annoyance into a fun, welcoming, and fast-moving experience that’s built for beginners and performers alike. You’ll laugh a lot, take creative risks, and walk away with real skills you can actually use on stage (and in life).

Classes are led by TJ Del Reno, a 20+ year improv veteran and former house team performer at Reckless Theatre, UCB NY, and The P.I.T., with curriculum curated by some of the most respected teachers in the improv world —Christian Capozzoli (The Groundlings, Reckless, The Magnet, UCB NY), Tom Kelley (Reckless Theatre, Ernest Improv), and TJ himself.

In this class, you’ll:

  • Learn our signature style of improv comedy

  • Create bold characters and believable relationships

  • Play confidently in dynamic, unscripted scenes

  • Perform in a final showcase for friends and family (yes, they’ll be impressed)

No pressure, no prior experience required. Just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to play.

No improv experience necessary.
Limited to 12 participants. Ages 18+.

What happens when real life gets weird? We turn it into comedy.

TJ Del Reno and his NYC veteran improviser friends (from UCB Theater, Reckless Theatre, and The Magnet) invite one brave audience member to share a strange, awkward, or downright bizarre day from their life. Then, without a script, they transform that true story into a fully improvised comedy show, created right before your very eyes.

No two shows are ever the same. Each performance features a brand-new interview, a rotating cast of top-tier improvisers, and comedy that only exists once!

Live. Unscripted. Completely unpredictable.

Join us every Second Saturday of the month at 8:00 PM in Beacon, NY

It features a yellow leopard with a large head, big eyes, and sharp teeth, standing next to a person dressed as a photographer with a camera, wearing a hat and rain boots. The background includes large stylized yellow flowers with green leaves and a white background.

Bad jobs. Terrible bosses. Co-workers from your nightmares.

Bring us your worst workday stories, and watch seasoned improvisers from NYC and Hudson Valley’s top comedy theaters turn them into live, laugh-out-loud comedy right before your eyes.

Every performance is unique, unpredictable, and guaranteed to make you see your own work life in a hilariously new light.

Hysteria! Where history’s most audacious women come to life… as comedy.

The Hudson Valley’s first all-women improv show brings history’s boldest, most presumptuous broads straight to the stage…completely unscripted!
